In running process try to maintain bath consternation 17 to 20% of Sodium Cynide.Take a mixture of Activator: 65% (Barium Base), So.Cynide: 35 to 45 %
You can directly add activator in pot/ Bath and take the temp. Around 800ºC and add cyanide in pot. Or you can add both by above % initially in pot and heating up. And when reach the working temp, you can load the bath.
In regular running days you top up by Activator/cyanide.2:1 ratio of Activator and depend upon your workload it will be vary. You must get 1MM cash depth with in 5 Hrs. We hope you get the best result with low cost.
For initial of bath capacity (Activator and Cyanide will be 50% & 50%).

Pack Carbarizing compd. For case hardening in powder or granule form.
860-950º C.Case hardening of low carbon steels.

Separate Neutral compound from Readymade mixture
700-950º C.
For all purpose Neutral compound for carburizing.
Op. Temp: 900 to 950 C.
